Help families provide a safe place where their children can learn and grow. The home visitor helps find community services and offers support to families with children up to 3 years old.

Provided for every eligible child and his/her family. A written Individualized Family Service Plan (ISFP) is developed with the family. This plan will help in linking families with the services.

All families are eligible for parenting information through a program called Parents As Teachers (P.A.T.). Trained  educators come to your hame and together you will learn about the earliest years of your child's life. The goal is for all parents to be their child's best teacher.

FSS are parents who have been through one of the Help Me Grow programs with their child. They provide:

• Home visits
• Family support
• Parenting education
• Support group information
• Small groups
• Parent rights information

Parents in the Muskingum County area are visited by a registered nurse shortly after giving birth to their baby. The visit includes:

• Checking the baby's and mother's health
• Offering parenting information
• Answering questions
• Linking families to community resources
